Dr Richard Gibbs and Dr Andrew Humphries write, lecture and consult on how firms can improve their competitive positions by improving the performance and effectiveness of their partnerships.
The basis of their work is independent academic and practioner research, exploring and undercovering the dynamics and drivers of supply chain partnerships, marketing channels and strategic alliances as well as end customer relationships. In recent years their work has extended into understanding the twin strategic pillars of change and collaboration.
Dr Andrew Humphries and Dr Richard Gibbs have been described as "academic practioners" with one foot in the academic world and one very firmly in the commercial world. It was the result of some real world challenges that first initiated their respective research programs.
